Working with Dennell over the past few years has been an incredible experience. What started as listing my farmhouse evolved into several different real estate transactions, and she was there through every step of the journey.
When I first listed my farmhouse, we almost had a sale, but it ultimately fell through due to the buyers’ circumstances. Throughout that process, she was patient, professional, and understanding as I weighed my options and eventually decided to take the property off the market.
Later, when I was considering selling a trailer, she took the time to evaluate it and provide guidance on its value. Then, when I decided to build my new home and obtain a construction loan, I once again turned to her to help sell my farmhouse.

Selling a property can be stressful under normal circumstances, but managing a sale while building a new home added an entirely different level of complexity. Having someone I trusted made all the difference.
